Киришүү. Кургак учук Кыргызстанда саламаттык сактоонун олуттуу көйгөйү бойдон калууда. Тынчсыздануу жана депрессия дарылоого карманууга жана анын жыйынтыктарына таасир этүүчү кеңири таралган кошо жүрүүчү абалдар болуп эсептелет. Ошол эле учурда өлкөдө кургак учук менен ооругандардын психоэмоционалдык абалы боюнча маалыматтар чектелүү. Изилдөөнүн максаты. Өпкөнүн кургак учугу менен амбулатордук шартта дарыланып жаткан бейтаптарда тынчсыздануу жана депрессия деңгээлин баалоо жана алардын жаш курак жана дарылоонун узактыгы менен өз ара байланышын HADS шкаласынын негизинде аныктоо. Материалдар жана ыкмалар. Кыргызстандын төрт облусунда амбулатордук дарыланууда болгон 401 бейтаптын катышуусу менен кесилиш аналитикалык изилдөө жүргүзүлдү. Тынчсыздануу (HADS-A) жана депрессия (HADS-D) деңгээлдери HADS шкаласынын жардамы менен бааланды. Маалыматтар жаш курактык топтор боюнча (18–29, 30–49, ≥50 жаш) жана дарылоонун узактыгы боюнча (<4, 4–12, >12 ай) талданды. Параметрдик эмес ыкмалар (Краскел–Уоллис тести, Пирсондун χ² критерийи) колдонулду. Клиникалык маанилүү симптоматика ≥8 балл босогосунда аныкталды. Маалыматтарды чогултуу KoBoToolbox платформасы аркылуу жүргүзүлдү, ал эми статистикалык иштетүү жана графикалык визуалдаштыруу R 4.4.3 (2025-02-28, ucrt) программалык чөйрөсүндө RStudio 2025.09.2 (Build 418) (Posit Software, АКШ) интерфейсин колдонуу менен аткарылды. Натыйжалар жана талкуу. HADS-A шкаласы боюнча ≥8 балл алган жогору деңгээлдеги тынчсыздануу бейтаптардын 29,4 %ында, ал эми HADS-D боюнча ≥8 балл алган депрессия 39,4 %ында аныкталды. Тынчсыздануунун деңгээли 30–49 жаш курактык топто статистикалык жактан жогору болгон (p=0,035), ал эми депрессия ≥50 жаштагы бейтаптарда жогору катталган (p=0,0098). Дарылоонун узактыгы тынчсыздануунун деңгээлине таасир эткен жок, бирок депрессия боюнча 12 айдан ашык дарылоодо көрсөткүчтөрдүн өсүшүнө карата чектик мааниге жакын тенденция байкалган.Жыйынтык. Кургак учук менен ооругандардын арасында тынчсыздануу жана депрессия кеңири таралган. Депрессия көбүнчө 50 жаштан жогору бейтаптарда, ал эми тынчсыздануу орто жаш курактагы бейтаптарда көп кездешет. Алынган маалыматтар Кыргызстанда кургак учук боюнча амбулатордук программаларда психикалык саламаттыкты регулярдуу скринингден өткөрүү жана психосоциалдык колдоону күчөтүү зарылдыгын негиздейт.
